We are beyond excited to be sharing some of the gorgeous moments captured from Valentina and Robert’s Georgetown Waterfront Wedding.
These two lovebirds were just so wonderful to work with; we couldn’t have been more blessed to team up with such a charming and adorable couple.
Their wedding took them back to where it all started, the heart of Georgetown University in Washington DC. Their friends and family traveled from
all over the globe to witness as they exchanged their vows inside the charming Dahlgren Chapel; many of Valentina’s family members
joined her from Italy, while Robert’s family came up from Louisiana to celebrate.
Their wedding was filled with an abundance of personalized details, like this custom watercolor map, created by our dear friend,
Serena Martin of Serena Martin Design. The couple worked closely to create this map as a story for their guests;
highlighting special places and destinations that helped bring them to where they are today.
Timeless touches like faceted earrings, heirloom cufflinks and distinguished florals brought light to Valentina and Robert’s elegant style.
The weather could not have been better; the sun was shining, the summer heat finally dying down. The Georgetown Waterfront was
the perfect backdrop as Valentina and Robert’s guests made their way to the evening reception.
Overlooking the Potomac River, the newlyweds were joined by their guests at Sequoia Restaurant for their cocktail hour and reception.
They enjoyed a night of amazing Italian toasts and stories, delicious food and some seriously impressive dancing.
We are so happy for these two! Cheers to Valentina and Robert; here’s to many amazing years to come.
